This policy applies to visitors to rainec.in and people who contact RainecSpot Agency through the website. RainecSpot Agency is a registered firm in Karnataka, India, operating from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and New Delhi.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry or feedback form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, service interest, estimated budget, rating, subject and message.
If you become a client, we may also process business and billing information needed for proposals, contracts, invoices, accounting and statutory tax compliance, including legal entity details, billing address and GST information where applicable.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and request logs for normal operation, security monitoring and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, manage client communications, process billing and GST-related records, improve our website and services, maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Website forms and SplitForms
RainecSpot uses SplitForms as the form submission service for website enquiries and feedback. When you submit a form, the information entered is transmitted directly from your browser to SplitForms so that the submission can be stored in RainecSpot's SplitForms dashboard and delivered to RainecSpot by email.
The SplitForms access key used by the website is intentionally public and is used only to identify the destination form account. It is not a password or a private server credential. RainecSpot does not expose any private Sanity write token through website form code.

5. Blog and Sanity CMS
RainecSpot uses Sanity as the content management system for public blog and editorial content. The current website does not use Sanity as the form-submission backend. Published blog content may be delivered through Sanity's content infrastructure.
6. Hosting and service providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the website, deliver content and receive form submissions. These providers may process limited technical or submitted information as necessary to provide their services. We do not publish or intentionally sell enquiry data as a data product.
7. GST, invoicing and statutory records
RainecSpot Agency is GST-registered. Where a commercial engagement requires a tax invoice, we may collect and retain information required for invoicing and GST compliance. Certain accounting, invoice and statutory records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable Indian law even after a commercial relationship ends.
8. Retention
Enquiry and feedback data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on whether the enquiry becomes a client engagement.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the website and information processed through it. These include HTTPS, restricted credentials, security headers, client-side validation, spam-trap controls and minimising the number of systems that receive form data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
