RainecSpot Agency provides web development, mobile app development, SEO and digital marketing, social media management, video editing, graphic design, and website maintenance services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal.

All prices published on this website are indicative starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal based on your specific scope, complexity, integrations, and timelines. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure, with an upfront deposit required to commence work and the balance tied to agreed deliverables. Recurring services (e.g., SEO, social media) are billed monthly in advance.

You agree to provide timely access to materials, content, feedback, and approvals required for the project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables and source files transfers to you, except for third-party assets, licensed components, and our pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain governed by their respective licenses.

Website development projects include one (1) year of free maintenance after delivery. Thereafter, maintenance is available at the published rates or under a custom managed plan.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RainecSpot Agency's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
