4. Commercial engagements
Final scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, support commitments and intellectual-property arrangements are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for the specific engagement.
5. Pricing, GST and third-party costs
Prices shown on the website are starting prices in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Unless a signed proposal expressly states that tax is included, applicable GST is charged in addition to the quoted service fee at the rate required by law and is shown on the applicable tax invoice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate legal entity, billing and GST details where required. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences, stock assets, payment-gateway charges and advertising media spend are separate unless the written proposal expressly includes them.
6. Payment and project scheduling
Payment schedules, deposits, milestone invoices, late-payment consequences and project start dates are defined in the accepted proposal or contract. Production capacity may be reserved against agreed milestones or advance payments.
7. Scope changes
Requests that materially change the agreed scope, deliverables, integrations or timeline may require a written change request, revised timeline or additional fee before the work proceeds.
8. Intellectual property
The RainecSpot name, logo, website content, design system and agency materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the relevant signed agreement and payment terms.
9. Client materials and permissions
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary for content, trademarks, datasets, images, software, credentials and other materials they instruct RainecSpot to use.
10. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations for a commercial engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement or mutual non-disclosure agreement. Website enquiries should not contain passwords, private keys or other highly sensitive credentials.
11. Website forms and communications
Website forms are processed using SplitForms. Submitting a form authorises transmission of the information you provide to RainecSpot through that service so we can review and respond to the submission. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Marketing and growth outcomes
SEO, advertising, social-media and other growth outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, budget, platform policies, client inputs and factors outside RainecSpot's control. No ranking, traffic, lead, sales or revenue result is guaranteed unless an express written guarantee appears in a signed agreement.

The website may depend on hosting, content, form, analytics or other third-party services. We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Third-party services may also have their own terms and policies.
