Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upfront deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery, planning, and design work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work already delivered. If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused balance is refunded.

Monthly services such as SEO and social media management can be cancelled with notice as defined in your agreement (typically before the next billing cycle). Fees for the current paid month are non-refundable.

Each engagement includes the agreed number of revision rounds. We work closely with you to ensure satisfaction. Disagreements over scope are resolved against the written proposal.

To cancel a project or service, email us at hello@rainec.in with your project details. We will confirm and provide a final statement of any amounts due or refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
