Project-specific terms
Because RainecSpot services are customised, refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms should be governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for the specific engagement.
Work already performed
Fees attributable to completed milestones, approved deliverables, reserved production capacity or non-refundable third-party costs may not be refundable unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Requests
Send any cancellation or billing request to hello@rainec.in with the project or invoice reference so the team can review it against the applicable agreement.
Precedence
If this page conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
